The TRX Suspension Trainer can be used for improving performance & durability on the bike.
With as little as 30 min two to three times per week, our TRX training courses can help you build strength, power, mobility, and stability that will transfer to the road, trail, or bike park.

Tuesday night sessions will be at The Climbing Hub
Friday night sessions will be held at Heather Yoga, Saltaire
